Citizen TV’s Willis Raburu is in mourning after losing her daughter.
The 10 Over 10 Show host took to his social media page to announce his break from TV and radio to give a shoulder to wife, Marya Prude Raburu.
This was Raburu’s first child with wife Marya after they got married three years ago.
” Over the past few days, my heart has been shattered and torn into several pieces. The pain I have felt has been immeasurable and one that words fail to aptly capture. It has left me with several questions and literally reset my outlook on life. I may not be able to share the full extent of it all but I cannot bear it alone,” he captioned.
He also added that his co-hosts and workmates will fill the gap when in a break to mourn their first daughter who he said: “was called home”.
” I want to thank them in advance for heeding the abrupt call to action. I want to say thank you for those in the know who continue to lift my wife and I in prayer and ask that you continue to do so up until the time I will be back on your screens and on your radio!,” he added.
The baby, Adana, died when Mary was n labour and didn’t get a chance to see her father.
