Kenya’s best lyricist King Kaka has opened his heart and poured hard-held feelings.
King Kaka spoke about his ”friends who turned strangers even after being exposed to the limelight.
The celebrated rapper owns Kaka Empire alongside other businesses like Kaka Clothing and which have been home of some fast-rising and even established musicians.
Kaka has signed many artists over time and giving them chances to shine and the new song addressed them, those who left his record label.
The first in the list is Tanzania’s Rich Mavoko who left Kaka Empire for Wasafi Records owned by Diamond Platinumz.
Mavoko was later yanked from Wasafi and has since had a bad time in his career and even shared suicidal thoughts.
“Tulifurahi aje, Mavoko alipochukuliwa na Wasafi, so talented siamini walikutema Wasafi, you called me time mlikosana na Wasafi, talk to Dia hope mliachana roho safi, Kaka said.
The second one is Avril. The ‘Nikimuona’ hitmaker left Kaka Empire a few years ago but the two have no bad blood between them.
Arrow Bwoy is another fast-rising star that left Kaka Empire citing “things that did not work” between him and the label.
King Kaka in ‘Dear Stranger’ single also recognized actor and singer Pascal Tokodi and promised to release new collabo in an upcoming album.
He also praised Timmy Tdat for the business deal with Pace Headphones in making of Tdat’s headphones and even boasted of designing his logo.
However, King Kaka maintained that he never asked anything in return for all the favours he gave.
