A Chief magistrate has isolated himself from Babu Owino’s Murder Case that giving him bail.
Francis Andayi who led the hearing on January now wants out of the case.
Babu Owino shot DJ Evolve on the neck after quarrelling in a club in Kilimani.
In the ruling, the court said the cash bail of 10 million paid in installments of 2.5 million would be used to settle the hospital bills of victim DJ Evolve, whose real name is Felix Odhiambo Orinda.
Magistrate Andayi went on to read out several other conditions for Babu’s release, one of them being his decision to bar him from consuming alcohol or any other form of narcotic for the duration of his court case.

On Tuesday 18th, Magistrate Andayi withdrew from the case over the controversy sorrounding it.
