The highly competitive by-election that rocked the political world has reached its final stages in counting.
ODM’s Imran Okoth is currently leading after a sum up of 160 polling stations out of the total 183 stations in Kibra constituency.
The election kicked off earlier on Thursday and incidences of cheatings and buying of votes were reported across polling stations.

Imran, from the 160 polling stations, has managed to get 21,686 votes while his rival, MacDonald Mariga garnered 9,685.
Total votes cast in the named locations sum up to 35412.
