Embattled Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has ‘offered’ a hand to Canadian lawyer Miguna Miguna after failure to secure his return to the country.
Sonko ‘regretfully’ hoped he could lend land to his once a rival in gubernatorial politics through his controversial rescue team.
Miguna Miguna was to land on Tuesday at the JKIA but his woes have deepen and the latest ejection from Air France has elicited mixed reactions and the credibility of Uhuru’s government.
Politicians have joined the conversation siding with Miguna and blaming the goverment for humiliating the lawyer and embarrasing the country.
Sonko, who Wednesday said that he is broke since his 9 accounts were frozen, sarcastically sympathized with Miguna Miguna.
This did not go well with a section of Kenyans who bashed the governor for not ‘saving’ himself in the recent troubles over graft charges.
